Thanks to the manufacture and Giveawayservice.com I was sent this product at a discount for my honest opinion. I had always wanted to try a digital thermometer. Now that I was able to I am happy I did. I fund it very easy to use and easy to read. You do need to set the temp from Celsius to Fahrenheit if you live in the US. Besides that I found it to be very straight forward and easy to use. I tested it by cupping my hand around the probe and it registered accurate temp. I tested it on a steak and it also read accurately. I can say I am very happy with my purchase. I love the easy to fine storage case. It can be placed in a drawer for easy access.
