I made this one for New Years Eve but never had a chance to photograph it. The @giffardusa Grapefruit Liqueur is the star here. I was first introduced to it by a bartender a few years back and it’s, without a doubt, one of my favorite liqueurs that I own. I haven’t found a base spirit that it doesn’t pair well with. Do yourself a favor and track a bottle of this down (all the Giffard stuff is amazing by the way, but the grapefruit is definitely my favorite). This drink is crisp, bright, and has a small bitter bite. It would be a great brunch drink as well! Cheers!
