I think we all have someone who is hard to shop. If that’s not the case they may have everything or maybe they are reducing clutter in their home.

This is when a streaming service may be a great gift.

There are so many options out there now from music to TV/movies/original content to even audiobooks or digital books.

Consider the person’s interests

If you are thinking of gifting a streaming service as a gift consider the person and their interests. Are they someone who loves audiobooks or likes to watch TV or movies during their downtime?

This will give you a starting point. Then you can check out the options available as well as think of your budget for the gift.

Check out the options

Here are a few links for streaming services. You can view current pricing by clicking the links provided.

Amazon has two music options Amazon music and Amazon Music Unlimited. Amazon Music is included with Amazon Prime both music plans can be purchased montly for a set fee.

Bother services can be sued with Amazon devices (Alexa, Smart TV’s or Echo show, Fire stick or a fire tablet.)

Tv/ movies

There are a ton of streaming services out there. Here are a few that I personally use and like.

Amazon Video

Amzon prime video is included with Amazon Prime membership. Amzon Prime video offers a variety of original content as well ass access to other video content. You can also add chaneels for a monthly fee.

AMC Plus

AMC plus is a great service. They offer oringla content as well as access to other services such as Shudder, BBC America and Others. If y you are a fan of the Walking Dead you can check out that content as well.

They have a monthly or yearly pricing plan. They also have an ad-free or ad based plan too.

My parents and I loved Dark Winds. I also liked the Interview with a Vampire series. Being that it’s a newer service some of the content may be limited but they do offer a fair amount of content.

Hulu

I’ve been using Hulu for a few years and like it. They offer a nice selection of TV shows. You can also access shows from FX and select programs from Fox. Such as The X-files and older shows such as King of the Hill.

You also have access to ABC, Freeform, and 20th Century Studio just to name a few.

They offer annual and monthly plans as well as ad-supported and ad-free plans.

You can also add select channels for an extra fee or even add Disney Plus.

Peacock

Peacock is another service we’ve been using for a few years. it’s got some great stuff. You have access to Bravo shows As well as NBC shows. You can also watch YellowStone.

They have an ad-supported plan and an ad-free plan. You can pay monthly or yearly.

Paramount Plus

Paramount Plus is another service we’ve been using for a few years now. I like that they offer a selection of original content and general TV shows as well as movies.

You can also bundle it with Showtime (which I do) this allows you a wider selection of shows and movies.

You can check out the pricing plans here.

I hope this helps you pick a gift for someone.
