This year I was lucky enough to try a lot of new products. Some I was gifted or selected from reviewing websites. Others were products I bought myself.

So I thought I’d share a few.

Audio

I’ve tried a few audio products I loved this year. One of the major ones was a Crosley turntable with Bluetooth speaker.

Sony Bluetooth speaker

I recently tested a Sony SRS XE-200 speaker. I’ve used it many times since its original arrival. I liked that it’s easy to use and pair with any Bluetooth device. It includes a carrying strap and charging cable.

It’s sold in a variety of colors too.

The sound quality is great. Here’s what it sounds like paired with the Crosley Turntable.

Turntable with speaker kit (Crosley)

I have a few turntables and when I saw the Crosley offered thanks to try it sampling I couldn’t pass it up. I love the ease of use and how it can be paired with the accompanied Bluetooth speaker or with any Bluetooth-enabled device.

This kit is sold at Walmart. it is the KTC6B model.

hair care

I’ve tried a lot of new hair care that I liked this year. Some worked surprisingly well and didn’t dry out my hair. Others added extra nourishment.

Carol’s Daughter

I tried the Goddess Strength fortifying shampoo and conditioner set a while ago. It helped hydrate my dry hair and didn’t leave it feeling oily or weighted down.

Derma-e Hair care

I tried the Recover and Repair Deep Conditioning Hair Treatment a while back. it was gifted to me by Derma-e. By far this product exceeded my hopes. It left my hair feeling very hydrated and soft. Unlike other hair masks I had tried in the past it didn’t leave my hair feeling drier. Some even caused more tangles.

It didn’t weigh down my hair or leave it feeling oily. It also enhanced my natural waves.

Shu Uemura art of hair

delicate comfort deep cleanser clarifying shampoo blew me away. It was very gentle on my hair and didn’t leave it feeling crunchy, dry, or like straw. It left it feeling soft after one wash. This may be a great investment for those of you who use styling products or dry shampoo often. I found that I use it about 2 times a week. It helped me with an itchy scalp as well.

You can learn more about the product via the brand’s website.

Ladders

I’ve purchased a few home products this year that I liked.

I recently bought a Gorilla ladder one-step stool. It’s perfect for me because you can fold it up when not in use. I like that it lets me reach the top of my closet.

We recently bought a Werner 5 ft. ladder that we can use around the house. It’s aluminum and has a paint tray. I like that it’s lightweight and easy to carry around.

It’s also easy to set up and has non-skid feet.

I’m going to have a second part to this post soon. Hopefully this will introduce you to some new products too.
