National Police and Trooper Association call may be a scam

I’ve had a few calls on my cellphone from a number listed as National Police and Trooper Association. I found this a bit suspicious because as far as I know, many law enforcement agencies don’t ask for donations. I had a call today from the same association but they didn’t leave a message.
