I spent a fair amount of time today trying to find a way to create a more professional contact us page. Granted I haven’t had anyone contact me so far but it’s the thought that counts, right?  Well after spending countless minutes clicking away at a few sites and trying to configure other forms I happened to stumble upon JotForm.
