I have to admit I’m a pen hoarder because I use them often. So I always like to have pens on hand. So when I saw the Try It Sampling request for Uniball pens I jumped at the chance to request one. I’ve used Uniball products in the past and liked them.
The product
I was sent a two-pack of Uniball vision pens. They are a Fine 0.7 mm line. I like a wider line but I figured a fine line would work as well. The pens arrived with an info sheet and a free sticker.
The pens are lightweight and have a secure cap. The info sheet offered some great info on the back.
It listed the pen tips with line sizes
Along with a color sheet.
The test
The pen overall has some nice qualities. Since it’s lightweight it doesn’t roll or lean as you write. According to the packaging it is fade, water, and fraud-resistant. I didn’t feel that it bled through the paper when I held it in one place for too long. This may vary from user to user and may also depend on how much pressure you apply when writing.
So far I don’t have any complaints about the pen. I liked that it writes smoothly and didn’t drag along the surface of the paper. I also didn’t have any puddling or bleeding of ink.
Product price
The pen can be found at various retailers. This pair of pens are sold at Walmart for around $4 USD.
I also found a larger set at Amazon. (similar brand and product)
You can also purchase individual pens from Uniball by visiting the link below. They are priced for around $3 USD
