2 oz. (60ml) Mezcal
1 oz. (30ml) Yuzu Juice
1 oz. (30ml) Agave
½ oz. (15ml) Grapefruit Juice
Garnish: Dehydrated Lime wheel, black sea salt, sugar cube soaked in overproof rum

PREPARATION
1. In a shaking glass or tin, combine mezcal, yuzu juice, agave syrup, and grapefruit juice. Add ice and shake well.
2. Strain mix into a glass over ice and garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel and a black sea salt.
3. Place a sugar cube that has been soaked in a 151 proof rum and ignite. Enjoy responsibly!!
