Dear AT&T,
My household had been a long standing customer with your company. Over the years we have seen many changes to the overall network of your phone and internet services. I have been open to many of these changes and at time beens very happy with them. As of late I have not been very happy with your company at all. Due to the fact that I can not obtain the information I request. I have called every number offered and now one has the faintest idea of how I can go about having a residential junction box replaced for my neighborhood. My neighborhood is from the 1950’s the said junction box may be from as early as the 1980’s or even the early 1990’s. Lately it has given many residents on my street and a joining streets a number of problems. It seems that at one point we had AT&T technicians visiting my street on a daily or weekly basis. At one point we were with out residential phone for a month and we didn’t complain we took it all in stride but this I can not take in stride. I am at my wits end. Do I have to threaten to cancel my service or even start a petition for some to help me find the answer. I really don’t want to have to do either but I will if the need arises. In conclusion if anyone at AT&T can give me the solution to my neighborhood’s current problem I will be very happy to hear it.
Sincerely,
Vanessa Alonzo
I forgot about this. I still have this gripe by the way. Throwback to 21st May 2014
