I always thought shower hooks were the same until I used these. These hooks are not only heavy duty but they are very well designed. They are streamlined and rather petite compared to other hooks I am use to.
Opening them was a bit of a trick to. You have to press the longer side inward. It can be a little tough at first but once you get it done the rest is easy.
You will need to remove one side of your shower curtain rod in order to install the hooks. Due to their shape you slide them on the rod. I found this part easy. They fit my standard rod perfectly. They may even fit slimmer or curved rods but you may want to ask the company just to be sure. I have a heavy gauge shower curtain liner with grommets and a fabric liner. It held the shower liner just fine with out looking like it would bend.
Thanks to the metal rollers it glides across the shower curtain with ease. I always have trouble with my curtain snagging since I have an extension shower curtain rod. These gave me no trouble at all. I am very happy with this product. Please visit the link below for more info.
